The Boys & Girls Clubs of Wichita Falls, a registered 501(c)(3) non-profit, is dedicated to serving the youth of the Wichita Falls community. Our mission is to inspire and enable all young people, especially those who need us most, to realize their full potential as productive, responsible, and caring adults. We are committed to providing a safe place for learning and growth, fostering ongoing relationships with caring adult professionals, and offering life-enhancing programs that build character. Through these efforts, we aim to give every young person hope and opportunity.
Introducing Rachel Wolff, CEO of Boys & Girls Clubs of Wichita Falls
Dear Community Partners, Donors and Friends,
We are pleased to share with you that the Board of Directors has unanimously named Rachel Wolff as the next Chief Executive Officer of the Boys & Girls Clubs of Wichita Falls (BGCWF). Rachel’s first day in this role will be December 8 th , 2025.
An award-winning nonprofit executive, Rachel is passionate about scaling quality programs,partnerships, and funding so children and teens can thrive. Whether cultivating new donors, coaching and developing frontline staff, or advancing innovative youth development approaches, Rachel has a proven track record of nurturing relationships that achieve results. For the past two decades, she has served globally in senior leadership roles at leading nonprofits World Vision and CARE USA, both known for transforming communities by empowering children and youth.
Rachel holds an MBA with honors from the University of Pennsylvania’s Wharton School, where the Social Impact Initiative named her a Bendheim Fellow four consecutive years in recognition of her post- MBA nonprofit service. She also holds a Bachelor of Science with honors from Georgetown University. A former journalist with the Japanese daily Asahi Shimbun, she has been interviewed by hundreds of news outlets as a spokesperson.
Rachel and her husband, Chris, have been married for 28 years and are blessed with four children: Rayna (25), Xavier (23), Lydia (9), and Rohan (7). With her family, Rachel is active in her church and loves to host people in her home. In her spare time, you’ll find Rachel cooking for family and friends, working out with her very athletic older son, or curling up with an inspiring biography.
Honoring Outgoing CEO Randy Cooper
We would also like to express our deep appreciation to Randy Cooper, who has faithfully served Boys & Girls Clubs of Wichita Falls for more than five decades. Randy led meaningful growth in program quality and access, deepened community partnerships, and strengthened the Club’s operational foundation. His leadership helped ensure the Club remains a safe, inspiring place for young people who need us most.
The Board, staff, and Club families extend their sincere gratitude to Randy for his dedication and lasting impact on Wichita Falls’ youth.
The search process was conducted over several months by Boys & Girls Clubs of America’s CEO Search Team, and a Search Committee comprised of dedicated board members.
